The logistics

The bride will be the happiest if you come dressed in black. The two colors (that will make wedding moms happy) are dark green and dark blue. Obviously any other color is also fine if you still show up.

While weddings may seem like a big social obligation, ours is not. We will be happy for everyone who accepts the invitation, but if you can't attend or simply don't feel like socializing with 100 other people, we respect that.

We're sorry you can't make it, but we completely understand. If you’d like to see us outside our wedding day, we'd love a visit or a trip together. If you find out after sending the RSVP that you cannot attend, please let us or our close ones know by phone or message (this helps us with planning). Thank you.

In the "Additional Information" section, we provide a list of accommodations near the wedding venue. If you need transport to nearby villages or Žilina on the wedding day, we will arrange it.

Each of our guests has been given the contact information of one of our dearest friends, who will try to answer any further questions!

We are working on a wedding playlist, and we will try to incorporate your suggestions from the RSVP form. Of course, you can also request a song at the venue, but please respect our DJ and the musical atmosphere. :)

Wedding day

The greatest gift for us is if you can join us on our wedding day and celebrate with us. However, if you would still like to give us something to start our marriage, consider contributing to our honeymoon fund or our "We Still Don’t Have Our Own Home" fund.

There is no strict dress code for the wedding. We appreciate it if you can dress appropriately for the occasion, and in return, we’ll try not to disappoint you with our outfits. 😊 If you’d like to match the theme, you can wear black, blue, or green clothing.

Yes, there will be a professional photographer as well as some of our closest friends who are into photography. Please note that you will also be photographed and filmed at the wedding. However, feel free to take your own photos and videos and share them with us using QR codes available at the venue. The only exception is the wedding ceremony – we kindly ask you to refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. It will be documented by professionals. While we appreciate your help in capturing memories from the later program, we ask you to keep your phones in airplane mode during the short ceremony.

In the RSVP form, you can provide a phone number (for WhatsApp) or an email address. On the wedding day, we will send a link to a shared drive where you can upload everything you capture. If you don’t want to share contact details but still want to share photos with us, there will be QR codes at the venue linking to the shared drive.

YES, group photos will be taken (weather permitting) around 14:45 in the wooden house area.

This depends on the weather. Ideally, it will be after the ceremony at the registry office, followed by a transfer to the wooden house area, where there will be space for congratulations and group photos.

Parking during the ceremony: In front of the Municipal Office in Terchová, there is parking available for about 20 cars – directly in front of the office and on the surrounding street. Parking during the reception: A parking lot with ample capacity is located a 2-minute walk from the reception venue. You can leave your cars here at any time during the wedding weekend. More details are in the "Additional Information" section.

Don’t worry – no one will suffer from the cold at our wedding. We will have emergency blankets and warm drinks available.

A tuxedo t-shirt is not quite what we envision as formal wear, but if it's essential to your planned entertainment for other guests, we won’t object.

Of course, but you’ll have to eat them away from the main table since we can’t risk other guests eating your food :)
